How do people sleep in so late?? Waking up after 5 makes me feel like I’ve wasted my day 😂 Am I the only one?

Slow mornings, a cozy and comfortable bed, enjoying a cup of tea, writing sessions where inspiration flows, forehead kisses, back tickles as you drift to sleep, decorating your home with intention, laughing with tears of happiness and homemade meals that nourish the soul.

Been waking up at 5:30 It’s made me realize how little time we have in the day Makes me want to wake up at 4:30 And then I’ll probably start waking up at 4 It’s not even like I’m going balls to the wall every minute either I just want more minutes of actual life

You can only TRULY take an L if you SLEEP on it. If you REFUSE TO SLEEP after facing ANY SETBACK, your day is not finished. It means the “Temp L” can be fixed or redeemed. The “Temp L” ONLY becomes REAL when you shut off and wake up the next day. Sleeping is like creating a spiritual check-point. It’s like playing a video game and SAVING on the memory stick where you are. Would you save the game after FAILING THE MISSION? It’s like creating a restore point on your Windows. Would you create a restore point with VIRUSES? Do you want your subconscious ridden with LOSSES? Is that the kind of man you are? Stay awake for all the days required to settle the score. Then sleep in PEACE. Lesson in there. Remilio.

Morning routines aren't about waking up at 5AM and punishing yourself with a cold shower. It's about starting the day on your terms. Coffee, meditation, reading, chatting with your parents, dancing in your PJs — whatever sets your soul on fire.

I love how you all notice my messed up sleeping schedule haha. I’ve never had a normal sleep schedule, I just sleep whenever I’m tired

How to become a morning person... 5 actionable strategies: 1. Create a Repeatable Evening Routine. A few minutes of prep for the following morning and a simple journaling practice will work wonders. You'll be prepared to fall asleep and hit the ground running the next morning. 2. Move Your Alarm Clock. The snooze button is the enemy of your morning. By putting your alarm clock in another room, you force yourself to get out of bed to turn it off. You'll never snooze again. 3. Use My 5-5-5-30 Method. You need a jolt of energy to start the day (and caffeine takes 30 minutes to work). Try this instead: 5 pushups, 5 squats, 5 lunges, and a 30 second plank. Immediate energy boost and a winning feeling. 4. Front-Load Your Energy Creators. Create intrinsic motivation by pulling things you're excited to do to the first thing of the day. If you have work you love, pull that to the early morning. If you have a workout you love, pull that to the early morning. Get yourself naturally excited for the morning hours. 5. Go to Bed Earlier. Sorry, it seems obvious, but it's often overlooked. Go to bed earlier to make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep. Create a great sleeping routine and environment (cold, dark room, light reading, white noise, etc.). This video breaks down the 5 strategies in detail. Check it out here: https://t.co/AW664nVjS7

It may sound a bit funny, but Joe Rogan had a great suggestion: If governments created morning exercise opportunities for all people, whether group jogging, cycling, yoga, tennis, etc, organizing and incentivizing it...we'd have a society that looks different. People would feel a sense of accomplishment first thing in the morning. They'd be more fit and healthy, putting less strain on the system. Better mental health outcomes. And a social, community-building experience that would create more cohesion. He has a point. Outdoor gyms are also a great way to provide those without means free access. What do you think?

i recently had a rude awakening that being your ideal self is an active choice. it is not something you wait for. it's the choice to wake up early to work towards your goals or sleep in. it's the choice to discipline your mind to think in your favour or let yourself spiral.

have u ever stayed up late with ur favourite person talking and knowing that as time went by, you’d be tired in the morning but it didn’t matter because they were worth losing sleep over, to laugh with them and enjoy their company

It's so fun to hold your chin up and watch you struggle to stay awake. The medicine's taking hold, softening your thoughts, making you malleable and dim. Each whimper seems to further weigh down those weary eyelids. Shhh, don't worry. You're too far gone to resist, sweetheart.
