@thejustinwelshāHereās my situation. Should I start a newsletter?ā This is one of the most common questions people ask me. Gives me flashbacks to working on my first two newsletters. (Yes, this is my third try.) Iād stare at the screen, struggling to frame my thoughts in an orderly fashion, taking hours to produce a single issue. I felt frustrated, and eventually I gave up. Twice. Then in 2022, I launched my current newsletter - The Saturday Solopreneur. But this time around, I used my failed experiments to create a more efficient process. I designed a simple, 4-step formula that reduced my newsletter process from 2+ hours of writing down to 45 minutes of writing - and sometimes less. Not only is this formula faster, but now Iām never staring at a blank screen. And I have an outline to write in a way that compels my readers to finish my newsletters. Yesterday, I shared my formula with 217K+ subscribers to my newsletter. Whether you need to improve your newsletter writing process, or youāre just thinking about launching a newsletter ā my formula will help you be efficient. You'll actually enjoy the process (and reap the benefits) of publishing a newsletter regularly. Miss it? Give it a read below ā https://t.co/lXNEnqggHc

@FitFounderThis is surreal. My newsletter just hit 250,000 subscribers. What's even cooler is that my open rates have stayed steady at around 47-51%. Oh, and it just so happens that it's being recommended by amazing guys like @hubermanlab, @SahilBloom and more. Each day I get emails saying how one article changed someone's life and tons of questions from members based on something I wrote. And the funny part? I feel like I'm just getting started. My mission is to make this the most impactful health and fitness newsletter on the planet. If you're subscribed to it...THANK YOU. I'm working on some cool things to thank you for being a member of the tribe. If you're not we'd love to have you. The Rowling Library
@rowlinglibraryIn 1998 and 1999, members of Bloomsbury's official Harry Potter Fan Club received 4 issues of The Daily Prophet Newsletter: they were fictional copies of the magical newspaper. The incredible part? They were entirely written by @jk_rowling (though I wonder whether Rowling also did their design, and whether she wrote the welcome letter to the fan club signed by Albus Dumbledore). These newsletters are not available online. (There are no pictures or transcriptions showing them in full, only very short excerpts and summaries). They are a fascinating element of the Harry Potter canon and part of J.K. Rowling's official bibliography. I only knew of one set of copies that had survived for so many years and was in Wales. After so many years, that set found a new home and is now part of The Rowling Library ā”ļø

@tyromperFIVE YEARS ago I wrote my first newsletter, Tyās Tips. I nervously sent it out to friends & family. It sucked & I got made fun of a bit by a few people. BUT I DID NOT QUIT. 4.5 YEARS AGO I tweeted my first time. It got zero likes & almost no one saw it. BUT I DID NOT QUIT.
