Mistake I always used to make that I won't anymore: Fasting to make up for a day when I overindulged. Always would lead to overindulging again. Now, I just get back on plan. What approach do you prefer?

Simple 5 Step Plan for 2024: 1. Weight training 2+ times per week. 2. 40% of calories from protein. 3. Limit ultra processed foods. 4. 10k steps per day. 5. Sleep 8 hours per night. You cannot fail to transform yourself if you follow those 5 simple steps.

In one gym I used to be a member of, there was a guy who used to do his workouts with a black bin liner under his top. He'd come into the changing rooms dripping sweat. He probably thought he was losing loads of fat. Unfortunately not.
