I firmly believe if you eat 40% of your calories from protein it's almost impossible to overeat. How do you know what 40% is? Easy, just divide total calories by 10. If you've got 500 calories, you should have 50g protein. 800 calories = 80g protein. What do you think?

An excuse I often hear for being overweight is a "slow metabolism". This is just a way to deflect blame from yourself. Your metabolism isn’t the problem. It's the sedentary life and the fact you're eating way too much food.

Do you want your bones to be so weak in the future that they may break from a moderate impact? Our your muscles to be so weak you can't get out of a chair? Then you'd better be resistance training.
