I haven't always been a healthy person. Before I got into fitness I are plenty of junk. From age 18-25 I ate whatever I wanted. Drank loads of Coca Cola (the version WITH the sugar). Ate loads of chocolate. Sat and played games all the time. We can all change.

This is the tempo I use when I lift: 4-0-4-0 4 seconds down, 4 seconds up. 0 pausing at the top or bottom. Try this and you'll see why I do it.

Eggs are an OK protein source. Only about 37% of the calories come from protein. The rest is from fat. Eat eggs - but if you're trying to maximise protein per calorie, eat mostly liquid egg whites. Mix in 1-2 whole eggs for taste.
