How to be healthier than 99% of people: 1) Lift weights 3x per week. 2) Eat more protein. 3) Eat less processed food. 4) Get outside and walk daily. 5) Supplement where needed (omega 3, magnesium, Vitamin D most likely)

Are you taking magnesium yet? It will benefit everyone, but if you're an exhausted parent getting awful sleep and trying to keep up a fitness routine it will make a huge difference to you.

If you're a beginner in the gym, you should pay attention to this: Compound exercises are EASILY where you get the most bang for your buck: -Deadlifts -Squats -Rows -Pull ups -Dips -Bench press -Overhead press Focus on getting better at these and you'll pack on muscle.
