Workouts are usually the first thing to get dropped when life gets busy. Don't. Cut down sets, workout frequency, or keep in only the most essential lifts. Don't have to completely fall off because life was a bit busy.

Thought people are probably interested to see what kind of things I buy when I do a food shop... How much do you think this all cost (in £s)? Closest guess wins a place on Shred in 60 in January! (you have 24 hours) t.co/10ggNmd4dU

I love deadlifts and think everyone should do them (or a variation) But if you're brand new to lifting (< 3 months) Then you shouldn't be deadlifting for low reps near failure without close supervision & technical instruction. Better to do higher reps. Still get the benefits.

Lifting weights is ONLY dangerous if: - You're being stupid. - You have no idea what you're doing. Otherwise it's got the highest reward:risk ratio of any form of exercise.

I have a 5 year old, a 3 year old and a 5 week old. Workouts are still happening - although less frequently. Equipment at home is a lifesaver.
