"Sweat is fat crying" One of the biggest misconceptions is that you need to sweat to lose fat. You don't sweat fat out. You breathe it out, and you do it by being in a calorie deficit., You can lose 100 lbs without ever getting sweaty.

It's not a big deal if you slipped up on your diet. One off-plan meal doesn't need to ruin a day, a binge doesn't need to wreck a week, years of neglect don't dictate your future. You can always get back on track.

Your lifting workout probably doesn't burn much more than 200 calories. You don't get to eat like an idiot just because you did a workout.
