Comment from Shred in 60... Weighing yourself MORE is my approach - then ignore the noise. Use lots of readings to build an average, then only compare averages week to week. If you're following the program it will come down. Don't stress. t.co/ASO54REI1b

"Just eat intuitively, you don't need to track calories!" This would be great advice if the average person didn't think: - Fruit juice & boxed cereal are healthy - Peanut butter is a source of protein - Olive oil is something they need more of. Most should track calories.

Called someone out on this in person recently. He said "from January I'm going to start cutting down on all the crap I eat" I said "why don't you do it now?" Later I got an update: He's doing it now. t.co/BWyTGavocr

Your future should scare you if you don't lift weights or eat healthily. You're going to get fatter, less mobile, weaker and more unhealthy year after year. This is within your power to change.
