If you did ONE of these exercises a day, you could see good results: Day 1: Squats Day 2: Rows Day 3: Bench press Day 4: Rest Day 5: Romanian Deadlifts Day 6: Pull-ups Day 7: Overhead press You'd see faster results with more... But take SOME results instead of none.
