Strawberries and Watermelon are great fat loss foods. You can fill yourself up for very few calories. They're also sweet, so good for evening snacking.

Guys are getting to their thirties and giving in to "Muscle loss, changing metabolisms and ageing" Guys...thirty-something is NOT OLD. For a top level athlete? Sure. For the everyday person? There is nothing you can do at 25 but not 35.

Weekends are for relaxation, NOT ruining your progress. Plan ahead. Try to track and work out what you can fit in. Don't let your diet go off the rails and undo the work you did from Monday to Friday.
