The biggest mistake I see from beginners in the gym is "too much" - Too much weight - Too many exercises - Too many sets - Too many workouts And they wonder why they're sore and why they can't sustain going to the gym for more than a couple of weeks.

Don't get so hung up on following the EXACT training program every time you lift. If the gym looks like a Royal Rumble in the bench area, you can go and hit the same movements using machines instead. It really isn't going to make any difference.

Increased grip strength correlates with longer life. Studies have found this. But don't go out and train your grip in an attempt to live longer. That's not how it works. People with stronger grips do ๐™ค๐™ฉ๐™๐™š๐™ง ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ž๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™จ that reduce their risk of dying.
