Increased grip strength correlates with longer life. Studies have found this. But don't go out and train your grip in an attempt to live longer. That's not how it works. People with stronger grips do 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 that reduce their risk of dying.
