Stop falling for the myth that you need hours in the gym to lose fat. The gym isn't where fat is lost... It happens 24 hours per day and it's mostly driven by what you put in your mouth (or don't)

Eating for fat loss isn't "being on a diet" It's eating normally. Everyone else eats abnormally.

"Too tired" is not a legitimate excuse not to exercise. I had a newborn baby with colic that woke up dozens of times a night for 3 months. I kept up my routine whilst working a 9-5 job. The key was not trying to do workouts early or late. Lunch workouts are the answer.
