There's a 20-minute parents' reading session every Tuesday morning at my son's school. He always asks, "Do you have time today, Daddy?" If I can make time for a 20-minute workout, I can surely make time to read with him. Priorities.

You don't need to be "beach body ripped". Just lose the excess fat and exercise consistently. That's how you avoid all of the preventable diseases.

Age isn't the main reason you lose muscle. It's lack of use and incorrect nutrition. 99% of people don't realise this.
