Having a sedentary job doesn't mean YOU have to be sedentary. Get out for a walk on your lunch break, get off the train a stop early and walk, be active in your evenings and weekends, go to the gym. If you don't, your desk job will slowly destroy your body.

My son is 4 days old. Sleep is not really happening right now 😅 I'm still getting some training done though, sneaking 5 minutes here and there. Having some equipment at home is vital in this situation.
