Effective weight training HAS to include reps where you involuntarily slow down. "you must move explosively to engage your fast twitch fibres" is BS. Your "fast twitch fibres" will be engaged when you're moving at your slowest (involuntarily).

"I don't have time to cook" It takes 5 minutes to trim a chicken breast and stick it in the oven. It cooks on its own after that. It's less effort than to boil or air fry eggs. Even less to eat some Greek Yoghurt. You don't need to be a Michelin star chef to get in shape.

Workout streamlining tip #27 Select exercises using the same equipment. If you really want to do dumbbell bench press, then do dumbbell rows, dumbbell shoulder press and incline dumbbell rows as well. Cut out the walking around and waiting for a bench.
