Have a client who's driving for 3 days across several states and hasn't eaten roadside food once. He's also hit his protein and calorie targets every day. There are ways of doing this. Don't tell yourself it's too hard.

Teach your kids life skills. Don't leave it up to the school system. This includes cooking and exercising. Teach them how to lift weights. Get them started early enough and they'll love it.
