From being able to do no pullups... To 8 pullups! Ivan is smashing it. It's taken consistency with workouts and nutrition to get stronger and she'd 20kg of weigh that was holding him back.

24 here. Asleep on the sofa in the middle of the day. Embarrassing. I'm 35 now and this hasn't even been a risk of happening in the last 9 years, and I've had kids for 5 of those. Diet + exercise (or lack of) affects your energy. t.co/dDglXQs9Gg
