This shredder is gamifying the process of losing fat - seeing how to fit 100-200 kcal treats into their diet daily whilst still losing significant fat. This is something I have enjoyed doing. That little bit of chocolate in the evening brings a bit of enjoyment to the process t.co/GHEDlAIaNX

I often forget to eat breakfast and the day after a heavy day of eating I'll notice I naturally just eat less. It's this kind of auto-regulation that keeps some people lean. If you lack it, you probably need to track what you eat

The easiest healthy side for your protein. Sweet potato fries. Just chop up sweet potatoes, don't peel. Throw in the air fryer or oven with a splash of olive oil and some seasoning. Just salt works fine. Also cajun and paprika are good. t.co/dn1YqpWQOy
