It's difficult to overeat if you get 40% of your calories from protein. For every 1,000 calories, get 100g of protein. Eat 4,000 calories? Better have 400g of protein. Bet you won't eat 4,000 calories.

Don't lose weight. Lose fat. You do this by having a calorie deficit that also includes a high protein intake and lifting weights.

I hate when I see someone using one dumbbell to do 4 different exercises in one giant set. - Goblet squat - Shoulder Press - Biceps Curl - Lateral Raise There's no way your lower body is getting any stimulus from squatting weights you can lateral raise.
