Getting started working out in 2023? Don't worry about finding "the perfect plan" It doesn't exist. Find the one you're able to fit into your life. The best plan is the one you're going to stick to.

If you don't strength train, you have fewer "good years" left than if you do. If you want to keep your muscle and your strength, you've got to use it.

It doesn't matter what you do for one day, or a couple of weeks. Take your average across a year. That's what's going to make a difference.

You're not going to get anywhere in 2 weeks. Don't start a fitness journey at 100mph then burn out. Aim for consistency.

How to be healthier than 99% of people: 1) Lift weights 3x per week. 2) Eat more protein. 3) Eat less processed food. 4) Get outside and walk daily. 5) Supplement where needed (omega 3, magnesium, Vitamin D most likely)
