I've got zero desire to eat liver. I don't care how many nutrients it has. - I don't need to eat it to be healthy - I don't like it - So I'm not going to eat it. Same goes for bone broth. I'll be over here eating steak, eggs, vegetables and stuff that I like.

You can massively improve your health by eating nutritious foods 80% of the time and exercising for 1-2 hours per week. You don't have to live like an athlete to unlock the majority of health benefits.

Don't do too much too soon in your workouts. It's not an instant fix. Each workout is not adding a visible amount of muscle. It's something that builds up over time. This is a long game.

The specifics of your training program don't matter that much when you're losing fat. As long as it abides by some general principles, it'll be good. Your aim to to maintain muscle while you lose fat. There's MANY ways to do that, and you don't need a ton of work.

There's no secrets to fat loss. No magic pill. You know what you need to do, but you lack accountability.
