There's no exercises you MUST do. But these are my personal top 5: - Safety bar squat - Romanian deadlift - Incline bench press - Neutral grip chinups - T-bar row Add a vertical push and you've got a solid full body routine there.

When I first went to the gym, I was intimidated by the free weights area. Had no idea how to lift. Personal trainers would come up to me and stop me before I injured myself. If I can learn, so can you.

When I worked a 9-5, my son was a baby and I was getting no sleep, I thought I'd have to give up on the gym. I didn't have time (unless I sacrificed family time) What saved it? 20 minute workouts in my lunch breaks & changing my mindset about how much training is needed.
