Generally, I don't warm up. But before squatting I: - Hang from a pullup bar to decompress the spine - Sit in the bottom position of the squat and force knees out. - Use bands to stretch hip flexors and adductors - Do glute bridges to activate glutes

Want muscular legs? Get really good at squats. Want a muscular back? Get really good at pullups. Want a muscular chest? Get really good at a horizontal push Want big shoulders? Get really good at a vertical push You don't need loads of different exercises for each body part.
