You don't need supplements. You need to eat healthily, get enough protein, do the work consistently and get adequate sleep. If you're doing all of that, THEN you can look into supplements.

In 2018 I could deadlift 10+ reps with over 2x my bodyweight. It was my strongest lift, and I was pretty proud of it. But I took it out of my routine and I haven't done it since. Why? t.co/AwoQ28mbvD
