Past the age of about 30-35, you're losing 5-8% of your muscle mass per decade. So even if you "still weigh the same as you did in high school" You've traded muscle for fat if you've never lifted.

You know what the shortcut is for fat loss? Doing the work! Spending years bouncing from one scam to another wastes time... The shortcut is long term lifestyle change with a manageable calorie deficit.
