The minimum you should be doing in your lifting routine: 1 - Some sort of squat 2 - Some sort of hip hinge movement 3 - Pushing weights away from you 4 - Pulling weights down from above you 5 - Pushing weights above your head 6 - Pulling weights towards you from in front of you

Stop eating food to avoid wasting it. It's wasted when you cooked or bought too much. You are not a bin. Whether it goes in the bin, or you eat it, it's still a waste.

Plan out a week of meals. List the ingredients you'll need. Order it all online for delivery. Organise in the fridge looking at expiration dates. Refer to the plan each day to know what you're eating. Hit macros. Make progress. Achieve goals.

Carbs didn't make you gain fat. Chocolate didn't make you gain fat. Having a takeaway didn't make you gain fat. Poor sleep didn't make you gain fat. Stress didn't make you gain fat Not drinking enough water didn't make you gain fat. Consuming too many calories made you gain fat.
