Someone I know had to go to the doctors about losing weight and getting healthier. They were told a handful of nuts would provide enough protein for that day. So just eat one handful of nuts per day to meet your protein needs. I was flabbergasted.

Not all hunger is the same. Some hunger is temporary and doesn't need to be fixed by eating something. Don't expect to lose fat and never experience hunger.

Celery does not burn fat. You do not need to eat anything specific to burn fat. You'll burn fat eating anything as long as you're in a calorie deficit.
