Protein is your best friend for fat loss. Yeah it's filling... But the REAL benefit is that you'll also burn 20-30% more calories just digesting it compared to other foods.

I do lots of exercises with my kids as the weights. This is not training, it's just fun. Bench press, overhead press, pullovers, squats, RDLs... They love it!

There's only so many sets & exercises you need to build muscle and it's WAY less than most people think. You can cover everything with 2 hours per week easily. Get some dumbbells and a pullup bar at home and you can reduce the amount of time needed in a gym. Perfect for dads.

Unless you're VERY practised, Eyeballing & guessing your calories isn't good enough. You can do it here and there for the odd meal out or prepared by someone else... But you should be weighing and measuring things as much as possible. This is how you learn to estimate.
