Last quarter my fitness goal was to maintain strength while losing ~10 pounds (198 now!). Did it! Now looking for a new challenge. Any good ideas? Lean towards hitting bench+deadlift+squat PRs (current pr 325, 465, 395) while lean. Or Spartan race training Or an ultra.
