I personally own over $150 million worth of commercial real estate. I have about $65 million in debt, all on 5 year term or less - meaning the loans will expire and I’ll need to repay them or renew them before 2027. $13 million of these loans mature in 2024. Will the banks… t.co/F0NsjTK2Px
