1) Self-discipline is the most underrated superpower. Until YOUR word is good enough to YOURSELF - you haven't mastered it. Make a promise to yourself, that no one knows, & keep it, that is self-discipline mastery. Until then, you still have work to do at building this muscle.

2) Time Management is fundamental to making sure your time is spent being productive & not just being 'busy'. That doesn't just mean time-blocking, but also adjusting DND phone settings, & tracking your time spent on tasks you assign yourself.

3) Testing & Tracking, every idea about your business should be tested with hypotheses & data. Do you think your subs come from IG more than TW? Create a tracking link, make similar posts on both & see where more subs come from. (Repeat for 30 days) & track.

4) Making Data-driven decisions, which you can't do without testing & tracking. Once you have data, your make decisions based on it. If more subs come from IG than Tw, it's more important to use your time making content for IG & double down there. So prioritize that.

5) Skill Stacking grows you & your biz. You can buy GOOD online courses to learn skills to make YOU better at your business. Do you have sales training? Learn it. Do you understand marketing? Learn it. Do you understand email campaigns? Learn. You have to get better to be better.

Work on strengthening these core elements & watch your business flourish. Ultimately you are the main factor in a creator-central biz. This means we need to do the work, & the work will 'work on us'. It will teach us lessons along the way.

The only way to speed up that process is to seek to learn those lessons externally as well ♥

That's why you need a free landing page or place to park them until they are ready to spend. (Free Onlyfans, or Free Fan Page)

Why did Premium Snapchat perform so well? My main Snapchat was free and previewed what you COULD be seeing on the paid Snapchat. It's a place to park your leads until you get around to converting them.

My personal prediction (unless Policy forces the adult industry in a different direction) is that FREE pages will be the most profitable in 5 years. Why? Because you can still sell them in DMs. But you need to amass an audience on the free page, to begin with.

I started building my fan email list and got over 100 people on it in the first 24hrs

here's how 🧵

First I build a mobile website to use for email capture. (See mine by clicking my personal Tw bio link) Any website builder can be used for this, mine is hosted on Wix - despite them not being SW friendly.. (I'm not doing anything with adult content so it doesn't rly matter)

Next, you create an offer that's a no-brainer. I knew my fans would trade me their email for a 3-day pass to my VIP OF page. So in exchange for giving me their email, I send them a 3-day all-access pass to my page. That offer got me over 100 emails in less than 24hrs..

Lastly, I created email automation on the backend of Wix so that as soon as they give me their email, they are automatically sent their 3-day free trial link. Then, 3 days later, second email automation sends a retention offer asking them to stay subscribed to my VIP.

This entire process took me less than 1 hr to create & set up, and every day my list continues to grow. Now whenever I run sales, special offers, or plan on attending events I can email my fans to keep them in the loop & continue to monetize.

Here's the secret the big 'Agencys' won't tell you about why their influencers make 6 figures/monthly on Onlyfans.. 🧵

Ps: It's probably not what you think..

First off, Mainstream influencers have something we sex workers don't.. a mainstream brand that's built with mainstream social media. That means they don't have the added resistance of shadow bans, platform deletions, or flagged content.

Secondly, you can't google them and find 10+ pages of pirated content from them for free. The majority of their content has been only published in one place (Onlyfans) and their agency runs aggressive DMCA's to keep it paywalled.

Last, they do other things aside from explicit content that draws organic traffic & interest. Maybe they are YouTubers, (Think Corinna Kopf / Tana Mongrau) big tiktokers,, Musicians, etc.. This gives them a massive pipeline of new fans consistently subscribing to their pages..

The secret is that you're not approaching your business like a mainstream creator. You're adding friction unnecessarily by enduring the SWr struggle & discrimination when you could focus on building something mainstream and attracting fans who will still end up subscribing 💯
