I recently told y'all about how I rapidly began building my email capture list by offering 3-day free trials to my OF page, which I know a lot of creators are really reluctant to do.. 
Here's why you should reconsider..

A free trial rapidly increases conversions to whatever you're selling (in this case, my fansite) because you lower the 'barrier to entry' for your fans. A large portion of fans have had bad experiences on fansites, with creators who didn't consistently post, or actively engage..

Giving them a free trial will give them proof that you're active on your feed, putting out consistent content, & responsive in DMs etc. Once they get this 'proof' they are WAY more likely to stay subscribed. Don't believe me? Keep reading, I'll show you the data 😇

I know as creators we hate the idea of giving access to our art for free, but it's important to decide if your art is also your business, because if so, remind yourself that artists put their work on display for free at art fares & galleries long before anyone ever buys them 💕
