Operations: This includes the processes and systems that are in place to ensure that a business can operate efficiently and effectively. This includes things like tracking custom requests, adding personal notes on fans, editing content & other admin.

Finance: This includes managing the financial resources of a business, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and taxes. It also includes managing cash flow, profit & loss, & cutting costs.

Human Resources: This includes managing the people who work for a business, and your internal team, (Personal assistants, VAs, etc) including recruiting, hiring, training, & management. It also includes managing employee payroll.

Technology: This includes the hardware, software, and other technology that a business uses to operate and communicate. It includes everything from computers, servers, cameras, lighting, email capture, automation, software and social media platforms.

Legal: This includes managing the legal aspects of a business, including compliance with laws and regulations, (keeping 2257's) drafting or negotiating contracts, and reviewing platform TOS and a DMCA service.

Customer Service: This includes providing support to fans before, during, and after a subscription or sale. It includes responding to fan DMs, addressing complaints, & managing expectations.

Product/Service Development: This includes creating and improving products you sell, content you make and services you offer to meet the needs of fans. It includes research, testing, & implementation.

These are just a few examples of the many different parts of a business that contribute to its success. The key is to ensure that all parts are working together effectively to achieve the goal. How often do you spend intentionally thinking about these parts of your business?👇🏼
