A personal assistant can handle daily tasks, allowing you to focus on creating content. Some examples are things like organizing, editing, uploading, & scheduling your content across all your platforms. They can manage posts to socials, RT or repost shoutouts & promotions & more!

So first, how can you be sure you need one? 

One indicator for me was the reality that no matter what I did with my time management, there simply weren't enough hours in a day.

BUT for you to actually know this - you have to be tracking your time. How long does it take you to film.. edit.. schedule content? Track your time, identify where it's spent, & see if you are actually out of time or simply not using it wisely 🤔

If you really find you don't have the time, then you must evaluate your resources. Do you have an expendable $1000-$2000 income to hire a US-based personal assistant? 

(That's money left over after you save for taxes and pay all business & living expenses).

If you don't have the time but do have the money, then it might be time to hire your first PA. So now we have the next question...

Where do you even look for one?

I personally look for personal assistants (or virtual assistants) on https://t.co/imf1Ireeak. Just make sure that the job listing you post DOES NOT say anything about the adult industry or adult adjacent work. 

(This is a violation of Upwork's TOS).

What I've done in the past is hire for 'virtual assistant services' or 'admin work' etc. I keep my job listing vague and then get an email address to "Share Google Docs with them" 🤫 so that I can contact them via email to explain the role further & in more detail.

Disclaimer here: I HAVE lost Upwork accounts for this behavior. I've also hired and maintained a staff of 7+ people for years from the process I'm describing to you. 

Eventually, I take them off Upwork, use a remote time-tracking tool like "WebWorkTracker", & pay them directly.

The reality is if you want to grow & scale your business, you will absolutely need to train and hire in order to do so. We all only have 24hrs a day to produce for our adult creator business...so at some point, to produce more - you need to pay to borrow someone else's 24 hours..

Be sure to vet your PAs before hiring them, & ask meaningful direct questions. Have an NDA or Independent Contractor Agreement in place that protects your relationship with whoever you hire, & get references from other legitimate creators (if they claim to have experience..)
