First, you take your list of goals, we'll use these as an example:

- Earn $60,000 in '24
- Attend XBIZ Miami
- Collab with 6 other creators

Take the 'sum' of your goals and divide them into 12 months:
- Earn $5000 per month
- Est cost to attend (about $1200) It's in May, meaning you only have 4 months to save ($1200 / 4 = $300) so you'll have to save $300/m for the next 4 months
- Contact 6 creators bimonthly

Then you can break them into weeks:
- Earn $1250 per week
- Save $75 per week (for next 4 months)
- Contact a creator every 8 weeks

This seems so silly, but you can get super detailed and specific on your goals when you write them out & break them into 52 weeks. I like to take 52 index cards, one for each week of the new year, and write my 'weekly' goals on each one - after I've reverse-engineered them.

Then, I start my week with a new 'notecard' for that week and work towards crossing off every baby step towards my goals for the year. At the end of the week, when I accomplish everything on the card - I burn it 🔥 Because drama. lol

The best part about this is you can ALWAYS do it. If you're going to start NOW, today - just adjust how you divide your goals for how many weeks remain in the year. I'll even do the math for ya!
