1. Indoor Gym Shoes
This probably sounds strange, but I keep a pair of 'indoor sneakers' next to my bed & put them on as soon as I wake up. There's data to support that wearing gym shoes inside actually helps keep you moving. It's been a game-changing hack for my productivity.

2. No sitting on the couch for lunch
If I had a dollar for every time I 'sat on the couch' for lunch & lost the rest of the day to youtube or Netflix, I would be loaded lol. Take your lunch at your desk or a kitchen table, getting cozy is a sure way to derail your momentum.

3. Makeup on as soon as you wake up
'm not a huge makeup girl. But if I don't get hair/makeup ready first thing at the start of my day, I am less inclined to take video calls on @SextPanther or snap selfies for my OF DMs.. So instead, I bite the bullet, get camera rdy ASAP.
