In Kyoto briefly almost twenty years exactly since I first visited here (and Japan) and the nostalgia is almost overpowering. Also, as if scripted by the universe, hearing people who might as well be me from 20 years ago.

Down to the disbelief about how much Green Cars cost for how little difference there is from the base offering, expressed in almost exactly the words I used ~16 years before deciding “Oh the green car is amazing; so much more relaxing and only $50 more!”
