The $ARB airdrop playbook ✍️ Should you sell? Should you buy? And when should you look to do both? This thread will help you make BANK from this airdrop πŸ’° 🧡

/ These are the only things you need to understand about airdrops: 1. How are the tokenomics? 2. What are the projected prices? 3. What are the whales doing? (OTC activity) 4. Airdrop price action I will explain each of these. 4 is where the money will be made πŸ’°

/ Tokenomics of $ARB [img:BN8ErY063] Investors + Advisors + Team: 44.5% DAO treasury + Ecosystem: 43.9% Individual wallets (airdrop): 11.62% β€’ Total supply: 10B β€’ Circulating supply on 1st day: roughly 1.2B

/ Projected prices πŸ“ˆ Price Investors bought at: $0.07 Pessimistic: $0.30 - $0.65 Realistic: $1.20 - $2.50 Unlikely: $5 - $10 Market cap: Pessimistic: 360M - 780M Realistic: 1.4B - 3B Unlikely: 6B - 12B

/ What are the whales doing? (OTC activity) [img:VTwsQd7yg] $ARB started OTC around $0.8 Most are buying at $1.3 This is setting a psychological floor around $1

/ Now, we move on to the juiciest and most actionable part of this thread. This is where the money will be made. Most airdrops follow a similar pattern of: 1. Up for a few days 2. Down until whales finish accumulating 3. Aggressive up indefinitely until whales distribute

/ Here are some recent examples: (Note the 3 phases) 1. $APE [img:W6wKSXPVO] 2. $APT [img:huVdMvAjY] 3. $OP [img:NMnu7hwtb] 4. $BLUR [img:C4B9d2sbe] Most airdrops follow a similar pattern. And honestly this is enough for you to make bank. But we will go a step deeper. Because I want you to succeed.

/ "But AOC... How do you determine when we will switch into other phases?" Good question. Let's answer it. Here's the only things you need to know: 1. Target 2. Retracement 3. Displacement People usually pay thousands to learn this. But here it is for free.

/ Let's start with the Target. This is used to make a good guess as to where tops/bottoms might form. The easiest and best way for you to do this with a high success rate is: Fib extensions Here's proof using a recent $BTC trade I took: (Note how I sold the top) [img:CWb-0Pmim]

/ "But AOC... what is a fib EXTENSION??" 1. Go to TradingView 2. Put a fibonacci retracement onto your chart 3. Double-click it and add these settings (these are my personal fib settings) [img:IqG7qsc3b]

/ The magic numbers in this case will be your -0.5, -1, and -2. Let's first show you proof that this works: (Yellow circles are where I drew the fib) 1. $APT [img:kS5-wM32e] 2. $OP [img:SQ5IrUyRL] 3. $APE [img:h4s0g0dCJ] 4. $BLUR (-0.5 and -1 is where I predict the top will be) [img:MQPSlQ03V]

/ The reason these levels work is because they're standard deviation levels. The algos that deliver price action love to expand prices to these levels. And they're scarily accurate.

/ What I'd recommend doing is waiting for swing points to form on the 1H chart and drawing fibs to determine where possible tops/bottoms might form. H1 chart is the highest I'd go for trading airdrops.

/ Recommendation for execution timeframe is M5/M1 I personally would stick to scalping/intraday for airdrops rather than trying to catch a swing. Much more opportunity. But the key here is that you can react to changes in market structure and prevent holding on to a bag.

/ The Retracement πŸ“‰ With every expansion... a new range forms. With new ranges comes opportunities for you to trade the retracement. This is where we will use the 0.5, 0.618 and 0.705 of your fib retracement. (settings are above)

/ Step 1: Identify if trend is still bullish or bearish. (If your ultimate bullish target has been hit, more likely to be bearish. Vice versa for bearish target) Step 2: If target hasn't been hit.. wait for price to retrace and go long. Step 3: Target previous highs/extension

/ Here is an example on $APT (VERY IMPORTANT) You will only know to short or long depending on whether target is hit or not. Spend 80% of your time determining if target is hit and you will be gucci. [img:mLqQ-sQfT]

/ Another example... also on $APT [img:jPyCHeflN]

/ And finally.. displacement. This is going to be your main money maker Displacement is simply engulfing candle(s) Market makers are the only ones who can deliver price aggressively. If there is aggressive price movement... Market makers want the price to go that way. Ex: [img:YCP39VSlA]

/ But how do you use displacement to trade? Simple. [img:0JcMfNuF3]

/ To break it down: 1. Bullish/bearish target 2. ONLY enter trades if they return back to 0.5/0.618/0.705. Doing otherwise is just FOMO. 3. Trade only if you see displacement in the market. With this... I look forward to hearing your success stories.
