1. Ending the "f*ck it" mentality. You cut out 100% of your favorite foods. So the moment you eat 1 gram of sugar you think "f*ck it" I already failed so might as well eat everything in sight. You don't need extreme restriction, you need flexibility.
2. Holidays? Birthday party? Date night? And you expect to never eat a single carb? Blasphemy. Your diet should allow you to enjoy these special occasions. Enjoyable = sustainble
3. Healthy mindset. When your diet includes cookies, you no longer feel guilty about eating em. This avoids the endless cycle of: guilt, stress eating, and weight gain. Eat a cookie. Get back on track. No big deal.
Okay, so eating cookies to lose weight sounds awesome right? But how do you actually do it? Here's how: 80% of the time eat highly nutritious food - whole foods - high in protein - no added sugars 20% of the time eat what you want - cookies - pizza & beer - burgers & fries
Example: 4 of my 20 meals/week are "whatever I want" This approach will let you lose fat and keep it off forever. Try it out. And comment below your thoughts/experiences with this diet.
