We recently did a 10k step challenge inside Default Kings. Look at @ludden_tom increasing his steps EVERY single month. Impressive #s. Oh and he's also down 39.6 pounds!! t.co/GJ20RjxUQz

The impact of 1 default action change is monumental. Example: going from 3.5k steps (this is AVERAGE) to 10k steps will burn you an additional 260 calories per day. This adds up BIG overtime. You're 1 default action away...
