This happened in the 1950s with Ancel Keyes 7 country study & Eisenhower's heart attack

We needed something to blame the heart attack on & saturated fat was the easiest to blame (EVEN THOUGH THE EVIDENCE WAS BAD)

There is no control group & conclusions shouldn't be drawn from this

You can see how red meat would be considered bad if this is how we are studying it
