Things that don't burn fat directly: - HIIT - Cardio - Resistance training What burns fat is getting into a calorie deficit. Without one, you can continue gaining fat no matter how much of the above you do.

You can lose weight without lifting. But if you can't totally transform your body without lifting.

If you want to gain muscle you need to be resistance training. If you want to lose fat you should also be resistance training. Not because lifting burns fat (it doesn't) But because you want to protect muscle mass at all costs.

The 6x6x6 approach 6 workouts, 6 exercises (1 per workout), 6 sets per exercise. This is what I'm doing. Takes me 20 minutes per day and gets all the necessary stuff done.
