Aim to get past breakfast and lunch and be: - High on protein. - Low on calories. This gives you a lot more flexibility for dinner and means you won't have "work to do" to hit your targets for the day.

Dads, some minimal workout equipment at home (at least) is a requirement if you want to make sure your training gets done. - Dumbbells - Pullup bar (or crossgrips) - Bench (ideally) With that, you can cover everything.

You can do a workout in 10 minutes. Grab some dumbbells or a barbell (or use your bodyweight) and take a muscle group to failure (or close) a few times with a compound exercise. Do you think that won't do anything? A workout doesn't have to be 45 minutes long to be effective.
