There's nothing wrong with just hitting your main exercise for a couple of sets and then getting out of the gym. That's still a win. Something is better than nothing.

Dads... You don't have to do the lifting plan you had time for in your 20s or nothing! You'll be surprised how far you can get with a very minimal plan. Your desire for perfection will kill your physique if it means you never actually go to the gym!
