People who get the best results have a high tolerance for monotony. 1. Small set of meals on rotation. 2. Consistently executing a simple training plan without changing it constantly.

Don't forget that effective weight training is a stress. It's something your body perceives as negative and it's not during training, but during recovery when you get stronger. Don't make it too hard to recover by slamming yourself with way too much volume.

Splitting your protein up across the day is far superior for gaining muscle than having it all skewed towards one meal at the end of the day. Bro-science was right with this one.

I hate to break it to you... "30 days to size" and "gain muscle fast" programs are snake oil. You should be measuring muscle building progress in years.

5 minutes per day workout program. 1 set of 1 of these exercises to failure. Next day, do the next one. Chinups Squats Bench press Dumbbell row Romanian Deadlift Seated dumbbell press So much better than nothing.
