We wake up every day and face the same struggle – the same shift. It is as if there is only one task for us to do. The same steps.

The exact same cycle. We get up, take the dog out, make breakfast, take a shower, go to work. Repeat... Repeat.. Repeat!

So, at nighttime, we come home, watch our favourite TV show, eat our favorite food, and go to bed. The next day we repeat again and again. Day in and day out.. That is it!

Most of us are content with this scenario. We think that this way we are happy. We accept it just like that. Okay.. this is my life.

This is the way I am. I am not made for anything else. " Business or Success " is just a dream! Okay... Either way, noone else is willing to do it for me?

Truthfully, I don't think this way, but I do have to admit it happened to me at one point. I accepted my life as it was – never taking the first step despite the desire in my heart.

Maybe deep inside I knew that I had to do something to change my life, but I was too chicken. Too scared and insecure to do it. So I stayed on the fence!

I had that, you know! One more day feeling all high from yesterday's accomplishment, and then – another day. I felt stuck and stuck in the wrong job!

So I began scheming a way to make it better, but then I got bored. Started thinking about what else I could be doing. But what? 

Can I still live? Will any of these things happen? How can I ever make it on my own, far away from my family?

And that's how it all started. The downward spiral of depression. I didn't know it then, but these feelings were killing me inside. 

They consumed me and made me forget who I was and what I want from life.

Unfortunately, after the feeling subsided I didn't know what to do with myself. 

So, in a depressed state, I built this website (https://t.co/LWRRlZx0Eg) in hopes to create something amazing and help people.

I've always been obsessed with personal development and I loved the freedom of entrepreneurship. 

I created a Youtube channel in hopes to maybe inspire people or perhaps just myself. 

No goals were set, I just hoped that one day I would be financially independent.

The reason that I started this website was because I was fascinated with well-being and mental health. 

I was asked by many many people how I did it, so I started this blog. 

It was a way for me to share my experiences and hopefully help others along the way.

As you can see, my troubles started way before I started working on this website. 

My problems all started in my early twenties but finally got so bad that I was wasting my time at a job that was making me depressed.

All the problems together were too much for me to handle. 

I spent two years screaming and shouting, unable to get help from the outside world, and finally giving up on everything. 

I was tired and hopeless! I was hopeless about my situation and the world in general.

There was a part of me that knew that I would have to do something significant to be successful. But how to do that?

When coming up with great ideas, it can be hard to visualize the outcome. 

And it's even more challenging to get started. 

What if I fail? 

What if it all goes wrong? 

We go through these mental blocks and it's hard to break them.

Most of the time, the thing we fear of the most is the thing that can change your life because it presents the biggest opportunity. 

It's either that or staying the same forever.

One great way to become successful is by setting goals for yourself, it will make you aware of where you want to be.

Inspirational quotes and books can give you motivation, but it's your goals that will chart your progress. 

Another thing you should always remember is that the journey of a thousand miles pales in comparison with the tiny steps you take to get there.

Success doesn't exist without failure, so believe in yourself and always learn from your mistakes.

Everyone faces ups and downs in life, but the key is how you react to your challenges. 

A resilience mindset is achieved by visualizing yourself successfully solving a problem.

Take setbacks as they come, because interruptions can be triggers to start something new. 

Research says that failure is an inevitable part of success.

Now, don't worry if you fail often, because if you succeed, you are bound to be more successful often.

Everyone has a PASSION for SOMETHING. It's YOUR passion that will fuel you through difficulties.
