Midjourney V6 understands natural language better than previous versions. But we have a new way to tell stories - Instead of a single scene, we can now present a narrative across multiple panels, each capturing a distinct moment in time. I'll show you how:

For this thread, I used a three-panel comic book page that takes us on an astronaut's journey through space. Each panel is a window into a separate, pivotal event, showcasing the versatility of storytelling through images:

I used a variety of aspect ratios for this prompt example. Most of the images in this thread have an aspect ratio 1:3. It's hard to see 1:3 images on posts without expanding each one, so I used a free collage tool called gandr.io. Full prompt on the next post:

Create a three-panel comic book page. The first panel features an astronaut training in a space simulator. The second panel shows the astronaut in a spacecraft launching into orbit. The third panel portrays the astronaut floating in space with a view of Earth in the background

You won't always get the correct order of events or number of panels. Don't get frustrated - consider if you can use the image differently to tell the same story. Try different styles & layouts. Here is another example using photorealistic images:

Midjourney V6 understands natural language and grammar. Prompts with sequences of events don't always translate well, but you can describe an image with multiple panels - each with a different setting or action. This is an example of the result: https://t.co/eclEE6zwcO
