I like to push the limits of Midjourney's Zoom Out and Pan features. Here's a quick step-by-step to show how I ended up with this image: [img:vzx5xd99x]

I started with the image below. Prompt: Futuristic warrior from Predator movie on a dark night, in the style of light cyan and light bronze, unreal engine 5, 32k uhd, simplified structures, dragoncore, seapunk, luminescent light [img:kWl6gXo32]

The first thing I did was to choose "Make Square" to expand the image horizontally. Now, you can see more details on either side of the image: [img:G-otS1Ncs]

Next, I used "Pan ⬇️" to expand the image and fill out the body of the Predator: [img:qRKKgVs9V]

Then, I used "Make Square" again to expand on both sides of the image: [img:lVuxqnMdn]

The image needed more details, so I added this to the prompt in Remix mode: "Background with spaceship controls and captain chairs" Then, I used "Custom Zoom" x 1.2 and changed the aspect ratio to widescreen --ar 16:9 Result: [img:diZTdY9Rg]

Again, I used "Make Square" to add to the top and bottom of the landscape image: [img:85jU8NwOi]

Now, I used "Custom Zoom" x 1.2 and added "starry sky" to the prompt: [img:kGvVWbNNU]

Finally, I used "Pan ⬇️" to expand the canvas below: [img:WhYi4W9Ba]

You can use Pan, Zoom Out, and the new inpainting feature - Vary (Region) in combination to add to your original images and create something new. [img:yEp44vsqq]
